The complainant is absent on the hearing date and the counsel for the O.P Party is present. After hearing the 1'd counsel and as per bank norms, if any amount is withdrawn it should be checked well within the bank premises within a day. But in this case, the complainant has clearly admitted that he came to know about the shortage in the next month. In this premises aforesaid, this case is rejected on being devoid of any merit.
