Applicant Mr. Sudhir Nayak is personally present. Adv. Mr. M.V.Pimpalapure for non-applicant Bank is present.  The Non-applicant moved an application for permission to hand over an amount of Rs.8260/- vide Demand Drafts to the applicant, in compliance with the order under execution. The applicant  evinced readiness to accept the same and voluntarily accepted the same amount vide D.D. He has endorsed the acceptance on the application.                     As such the order under execution stands complies with & satisfied.         Hence, execution application is disposed of.
