Record is put up today for passing order in respect of the admissibility of the case.

The present dispute centres around alleged drilling of the locker stand in the names of the Complainants behind their back and alleged loss of valuables from the locker.  Alleging gross deficiency in service in this regard, the Complainants demanded the following reliefs: (1) Value of Gold Rs. 55,82,276/- along with 10% interest till realization (2) value of lost original deeds/documents/instruments for a sum of Rs. 10,00,000/- (3) Damages amounting to Rs. 25,00,000/- (4) Cost of litigation worth Rs. 8,00,000/- and (5) pendentilite interest @ 10% p.a. over the sum of Rs. 98,82,276/-.

The monetary implications of aforesaid relief since exceeds the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Commission, we afraid, the present complaint case cannot be admitted.  The complaint case, accordingly, stands dismissed being hit by limitation.  Complainants are at liberty to approach the competent Court of Law for redressal of their grievance.
