Today is fixed for order. 

This is the case of deficiency of service.

The Complainant filed the case for certain relieves from the O.Ps.  The O.Ps. appears through Ld. Advocates by filing Vokalatnama but not filed any Written Version. 

 Instead of filing Written Version both the Complainant and O.P. no.1 come forward with a compromise settlement petition.  The dispute between the Complainant and the O.P. no.1 amicably resolved and settled outside the Court on jointly agreed terms & conditions as mentioned in the compromise settlement petition dated 30-03-2015.

Both the Complainant and O.P. No.1 appeared personally and submits that dispute has been settled amicably and the Complainant submits that as the dispute has been resolved amicably he is not interested to proceed further.

Considering the joint compromise settlement petition, which is a integral part of this Order.  We find that there is no need to proceed further.

Hence, it is

                                                                Ordered

That the Complaint Case no.161 of 2014 is disposed of with full satisfaction of both sides.

Late a copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost.
