Parties are present in the 2^nd lok Adalat on dtd.13.5.2023.The complainant, who is personally present admits putting her LTI .He also undertakes and admits the terms & condition of compromise and the settlement   amount i.e Rs.2,00,000/-(Rupees two lakhs).Peruse the compromise petition filed jointly by the complainant and the O.P No.2.The complainant admits that she does not want to proceed in this case since the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and as per the settlement,  the O.P.No.2 is agreed to pay Rs.2,00,000/-(Rupees two lakhs) for the full and final settlement of the dispute. On being asked the complainant also willing to settle the matter for Rs.2, 00,000/-(Rupees two lakh).Therefore, the complaint stands disposed on compromise.

     In view of the matter the O.P.No.2 is directed to deposit the settlement amount  of Rs.2,00,000/-(Rupees two lakh) in shape of account payee cheque within 30(thirty) days from the date of this order i.e.13.5.2023, failing which interest  at the 9% will be imposed.
