During the course of arguments of this case, Sh.Rahul Pushkarna, Advocate Counsel for the Complainant appeared and got recorded his statement that due to some technical defects in the present complaint, he withdraw the present complaint. Permission may kindly be granted to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before appropriate Court or Authority.
