M.A Case being No.25/2022 u/S 38(8) of the Consumer Protection Case, 2019 supported by an affidavit is taken up for hearing.

Heard Ld. Advocate for the complainant in full.                                                                                     

Perused the petition u/S 38(8) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. It appears that the complainant prayed for passing an Interim Order directing the OPs not to liquidate the L.I.C policy being No. 464503012  of the complainant till disposal of the case on the ground that the OPs have issued two notices one  dt. 23.06.2021 and another possession notice dt. 23.03.2022 in the said respect.

The case has already been admitted as because there was prima facie case.

Considering the submissions of the Ld. Advocates and contention of the petition and those documents, we are of opinion that there was a prima facie case to issue Interim Order; otherwise, the   complainant will suffer irreparable loss. Accordingly, notices one dt. 23.06.2021 and another possession notice dt. 23.03.2022 be stayed till date (12.07.2022).

Complainant is directed to submit compliance report by the date fixed.

Let a copy of this order be supplied to the complainant on free of cost.

Issue the notices upon the OP at once.
