A Compromise Deed has been filed on behalf of the parties, stating therein that the compromise has taken place between the parties, hence the appeal should be decided in terms of compromise.  It is also mentioned in the Compromise Deed that the matter has been settled between the parties on payment of Rs. 7,000/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Only) by the respondent to the appellant.  The appellant has endorsed on the back of Compromise Deed that he has received the aforesaid sum of Rs. 7,000/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Only) from the respondent in cash.

The Compromise Deed has been verified by learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the parties state that this appeal may be decided in terms of the compromise.

Accordingly, the appeal is decided in terms of the compromise, which shall form part of the order.
