This matter is placed before the Lok Adalat.

Learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 files a joint memo stating that dispute between the parties has been resolved on payment of Rs.20,000/- by the respondent No.s 1 & 2 to the learned counsel for the appellant/complainant . The learned counsel for the appellant received Rs.20,000/- through UPI mode.

Considering the facts stated in the memo , the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn . The joint memo signed by counsel of both the parties be kept on record.
