ORDER

The Complainant files evidence on affidavit. Let it be kept the record.

The O.Ps filed W/V and a petition for supply copy of the documents to them along with a petition for vacating ex parte order. The petition for vacating ex parte order is taken up for hearing treating the same as MA no. 30/2018.

Heard both sides. Objection raised by Ld. Advocate/Agent of the complainant.

We find that the cause shown by the O.Ps for non appearance is sufficient and liable to be allowed.

Hence,

Ordered

that the petition dated 03.4.2018 filed by the O.Ps for vacating the ex parte order i.e. M.A No. 30/2018 be the same is allowed on contest with cost of Rs. 500/- payable by the O.Ps to the complainant.

Thus the M.A is disposed of accordingly.

The complainant is directed to supply copy of the documents to the O.Ps.
