AWARD

1.   Vide his separate statement recorded on 23.07.2024, Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Advocate for Sh.Varun Katyal, Advocate for OPs has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, the OPs shall issue the corrected No Objection Certificate/No Due Certificate in respect of loan in question to the complainant within 15 days from 23.07.2024 and OPs have also agreed to pay Rs.6500/- to the complainant in full and final settlement in the present case. It has been further stated by Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Advocate for Sh.Varun Katyal, Advocate for OPs that the aforesaid amount of Rs.6500/- has been paid in cash to Sh.Subhash Chnader Gupta, Counsel for Complainant. Vide his separate statement, Sh.Subhash Chander Gupta, Advocate for Complainant has admitted the statement of Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Advocate for Sh.Varun Katyal, Advocate for OPs and prayed that the complaint be disposed of in terms of settlement in Upbhokta Lok Adalat.

2.   In view of the statements of the counsels for the parties, the complaint is disposed of as settled. The parties shall be bound by the statements made by their counsels on 23.07.2024. The award is accordingly passed

5.   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
