Counsel for the Complainant recorded that the parties have already compromised, for Rs.75,000/- as full and final settlement of the claim of the complainant. Statements of the complainant & Counsel for the OPs have already been recorded on 29.7.2022. He has received a Demand Draft bearing No.595636 dated 3.8.2022 for Rs.75,000/- on behalf of complainant in full and final settlement of the claim and the present complaint may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised.

So accordingly, in view of statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
