              Petitioner/ Dhr. is present in person.He files a verified petition alongwith the xerox copy of Aadhar card and Pan card through his Ld. Lawyer on the ground stated therein praying for dropping the case as he received Rs.4,17,558/- (Four Lacs, Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty Eight) from O.P./Jdr. as full and final settlement. The Ld. Lawyer, Sri. Hirak Barman for O.P./Jdr. is present and files a xerox copy of receipt and a xerox copy of cheque issued by O.P./Jdr. Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd. amounting to Rs.4,17,558/-  dt. 02/04/2016 in favour of Abdul Sattar @Ah.Saktar being cheque no. “752892”.

                  Heard the Ld. Lawyers of both sides. And examine the complainant Dhr. Abdul Sattar. Perused the petition of complainant/Dhr. and annexures filed by both sides. The Ld. Lawyer for the petitioner/Dhr. submits that the petitioner/Dhr. received the amount of Rs.4,17,558/- as full and final payment against his decretal amount Rs.3,24,500/- with 9% interest p.a. and the petitioner/Dhr. has no further claim against the O.P./Jdr. Insurance Company and as such the petitioner/Dhr. prays for dropping the case on full and final settlement against the O.P./Jdr. Considered.

             Hence it is

O R D E R E D

  that the case is disposed of and dropped on full and final settlement.

             Let copy of this final order be supplied free of cost forthwith to the parties/ their Ld. Advocates/agents on record by hand under proper acknowledgement/sent by ordinary post, in terms of Rule 5(10) of West Bengal Consumer Protection Rules 1987
