Record is put up today on the strength of Advance petition filed by the complainant Advocate along with a petition for withdrawal of consumer complaint . Advocate for opp.parties is present and not objected. Considering the facts & circumstances the opp.parties deposits a draft of Rs.1,40,000/- in favour of the complainant & complainant received the same without objection. Heard both the counsel . hence the matter is settled between the parties is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
