Today the case was fixed for service of newly added opposite parties No. 1 to 3. It is reported by this office that registered cover A.Ds sent on 7.7.2015 to the opposite parties No. 1 and 3 have not received back. It is also reported that opposite party No. 2 has been served.  However at this stage, Sh.M.P.Arora Advocate ld.counsel for the complainant has made statement to the affect that there are certain legal flaws in framing the complaint and therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action. 

In view of the statement of ld.counsel for the complainant recorded today separately, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if he so desires, in accordance with law. File be consigned to record room.
