                                                               ORDER

       Both sides filed a joint statement regarding settlement of the case.  As per the joint statement opposite party agreed to deposit settle the matter in full and final for    ` 75000/- and complainant agreed to relinquish any further claim.  Therefore the complaint is allowed to that extent and opposite party is directed to deposit a cheque for ` 75000/- within one month from the date of receipt of copy of the order. Failing which opposite party shall be further liable to pay interest @9% from the date of order till payment.  Therefore the complaint is dismissed as settled.
