Today is fixed for hearing of argument.

No step is taken by any parties.

It is now 12-40 p.m.  On repeated calls neither Complainant or his Advocate nor any employee of the O.P. Bank nor it’s Advocate are found present to take steps.

Perused the materials on record.  It appears that the parties are not taking any steps in this case since 06-05-2015. 

In view of the above facts & circumstances we have sufficient reason to believe that the Complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this case.

Accordingly, this case is liable to be dismissed.

Hence, it is

                                                             Ordered

That the Complaint No.170 of 2014 be and same is hereby dismissed for default but without cost.
