Learned advocate for the opposite  party submitted that the grievance of the complainant has been redressed and  since after redressal complainant is  absent  on  account of losing his interest in the  case from perusal of record it  appears  that the  complainant is absent since 11.06.2022 itself. Hence  the  complaint is dismissed in default.
