Complainant is present.  Opp. Party is also present.  Complainant filed a petition dated 23.09.2021 stating that the disputes between the parties have been settled out of Court amicably and he does not want to proceed further against the O.P.

            Confirmed with the parties present.  Complainant expressed his willingness to close the case as the dispute has been settled between the parties amicably.

            Considering the submissions of Complainant and the petition dated 23.09.2021, we are inclined to close the case.  Accordingly the present C.C. No. 32 of 2020 is closed henceforth.
