20.09.2022:               Today the case is fixed for hearing. Both the parties are absent today. No steps has taken on their behalf.On perusal the case record It reveals from complaint petition that the complainant Md. Kayum is a resident of Khamaripara in Sundargarh district.  The O.P.No.1 is branch manager, Axis Bank, Sundargarh, and the O.P.No.2 is Branch Manager, Axis Bank, Sambalpur.  The present case is not come under the jurisdiction of this commission.  Accordingly the complainant is directed to file case as per law.  The limitation shall not be bar for filing complaint.

                               Accordingly, the case disposed of.
