Today is fixed for admission hearing.  Complainant files a petition praying for adding two parties in the cause title.

Let the petition be registered as Misc. case no.12 of 2018.

The Misc. case is taken up for hearing.

The Complainant himself stated that he had purchase an insurance policy and the insurance company sent a cheque of Rs.30,000/- against that policy through speed post but the official of Post Office has delivered the same to another Sidhyaswar Bagdi and he has encash the same.  The Complainant also stated that he filed their case against the Insurance Company and the Bank where the cheque in question has been encash but the Complainant now prays to add the Post Master and the another Sidhyaswar Bagdi as parties for the proper adjudication of the case.

We have heard the Complainant and find no impediment to allow the petition.

Hence, the amendment petition of the complainant is allowed.  Add two new parties in the cause title of the case.

Thus Misc. Case no.12 of 2018 be and the same is disposed of.
