The Ld. Adv. for the OP No.2 is present. He submits that the complainant has not turned up inspite of notice.

He prays for dismissal of the complaint.

It appears from the record that the complainant has not turned up inspite of service of notice upon him on 07.12.17 as per signature in postal A/D.

In the circumstances, it is clear that the complainant is not interested to proceed with the case.
