The instant complaint has been filed by the complainant u/s 12 of C.P. Act, 1986 is that he took a loan on cash credit basis for Rs. 400000/- from the OP and he fixed a sum of Rs.50000/- to the OP Bank. Then on 17.09.2015 the OP Bank demanded Rs.408532/- after settling the loan amount.
The complainant prays for direction upon the OP not to claim Rs.408532/- from him and to calculate the amount Rs.330000/- as a settled amount from the deposited amount of Rs.150000/- and Rs.100000/- as maturity amount of fixed deposit and calculate the interest @12% instead of 18%. The complainant also prayed for compensation of Rs.5000/- from the OP for harassment and mental agony.
The complainant is present personally alongwith his Ld. Advocate.
The complainant has filed a petition with the prayer that he does not want to proceed with the case further as the dispute between the parties has been fully settled. He has also submitted that he is not willing to proceed with the case.
After perusing the case record and the petition filed by the complainant today, we find that there is no impediment to dispose the complaint petition due to amicable settlement.

Ordered
that the Consumer Complaint No. 179/2015 be and the same is hereby disposed of being settled without any order as to cost.
Let a plain copy of this order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties on contest in person, Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand under proper acknowledgment / be sent forthwith under ordinary post to the concerned parties as per rules, for information and necessary action.
