Fixed for show Cause by complainant.

     Complainant is absent without any step.

     It is now 01:10 PM.

     On repeated calls neither the complainant nor any body for complainant is found present either to take step or the file show Cause.

     It appears from case record that complainant was also found absent without any step on previous date.

     In view of above facts and circumstances we have sufficient reason to believe that complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this case.

     So, this case is liable to be dismissed.

     Hence it is,

ORDERED

     That the Consumer Complain Case No. 76/2016 be and same is hereby DISMISSED FOR DEFAULT; but without cost.

Let a plain copy this order be supplied to complainant free of cost, if applied for.
