     Today is fixed for filing evidence by the Complainants. But the Complainants are found absent on call. The record shows that the Complainants have not been taking steps since 01.07.20.

The Complainants namely, Swapan Kr. Rakshit and Bela Rakshit filded the instant complaint praying for passing order in favour of the Complainants so that they can get relief of Rs. 5,80,000/- which was deposited with the alchemist township India ltd.

The Complainants have not filed evidence in support of his claim. Such being the position the instant complaint case is liable to be dismissed for want of evidence.

 In the result, the Consumer case fails.

      Fees paid are correct. Hence, it is

that the complaint Case No. CC/10/20 be and the same is dismissed on merit against the OPs.

        Let plain copy of this order  be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties / Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand  /by post under proper acknowledgment  as per rules, for information and necessary action.
