Perused the petition dated 29-03-2017.  It appears that the entire amount awarded in C.C. no.26 of 2014 has been paid by the Jdr. to Dhr.   So, Dhr. does not want to proceed with this execution case and prays for disposal of this execution case with full satisfaction.

Heard.  Perused the materials on record.  It appears that this execution case was filed for realization of the amount awarded in favour of Dhr. / Complainant in C.C. no.60 of 2014.

The entire amount awarded by this Forum in the said Consumer Case has been paid and Dhr. has made prayer for disposal of this execution case with full satisfaction for payment of awarded amount.

In view of the above facts & circumstances we do not find any impediment to dispose of this execution case with full satisfaction in view of prayer made by the Dhr.

Hence, it is

                                                                        Ordered

That the Execution Case no.05 of 2015 arising out of C.C. No.60 of 2014 be and same is hereby disposed of / dropped with full satisfaction  ; but without cost.

Let a plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost.
