Parties are present. Both parties have filed a petition for compromise stating that the disputes between the parties have been settled out of Court and Complainant does not want to proceed further against the Ops and prayed to close the case.

          It is ascertained that both parties have settled their disputes amicably out of Court and complainant does not want to proceed against the Ops further.

          Considering the submissions of parties we are inclined to close the case.

          Accordingly, the present case is disposed off.
