Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

                   Sh. Dheeraj Sachdeva, Counsel for the OP.

                                     

                   Today the case is fixed for evidence of the OP. Learned counsel for the OP has suffered his separate statement to the effect that the written version alongwith documents filed on behalf of the OP be read as part and parcel of evidence of the OP, and closed the evidence.

        At this stage, learned counsel for the OP has further suffered his separate statement to effect that the matter has been compromised between the parties and as per compromise OP is ready to pay Rs.26,441/-. Full and final settlement will be done within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.

                 On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP, He agrees to the statement given by the counsel for the OP, so he does not want to pursue with the present complaint further and withdraws the same being compromised.

       In view of the above statements, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both the parties will be bound by their statement. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
