In-spite of repeated calls, Complainant is absent. Call the matter after lunch.

In-spite of notice dt.24-08-2022 of this Commission, Complainant was  absent on dt.19-10-2022, 17-11-202, 06-12-2022, 08-12-2022, 22-12-2022 , however,  last chance were given on Dt. 06-12-2022, 08-12-2022, 22-12-2022 to the Complainant to adduce evidence  but No steps was taken by Complainant.

 

To-day, In-spite of repeated call,  neither the Complainant nor his counsel is present to adduce evidence and proceed with the case.

 

In view of such facts, the complaint petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
