Appellant is absent.  Mr.Rahul Mehta-Advocate for respondent nos.1&2.  On 22/03/2011 when appellant was present he was directed to file service affidavit u/sec.28-A of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and appeal was adjourned to 12/08/2011.

On 12/08/2011, appellant was absent.  Advocate Nikhil Mehta for respondent nos.1&2 was present.  He files vakalatnama and appellant was directed to comply with the directions dated 22/03/2011 and the matter was adjourned to 12/12/2011.

Again on 12/12/2011 none was present.  Earlier direction was not complied with and by way of last chance this appeal was adjourned to today and even today appellant is absent.  He has not complied with the earlier directions.  Therefore, we have no option but to dismiss the appeal for non compliance of order.

                                                ORDER

Appeal is dismissed.

No order as to costs.

Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
