Learned counsel for the complainant files a memo which reads as follows:-

“In the above noted case, the complainant does not want to press this case and seeks liberty to file a fresh and better application. Hence, the case may be disposed of as withdrawn.”

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the complainant that permission may be accorded to the complainant to withdraw the complaint with liberty granted to him to file fresh and better application.

In view of the above, as prayed for, the complaint is disposed of as not pressed with liberty granted to the complainant to file fresh and better application.
