Complainant and 1^st opposite party represented. The learned counsel for the 1^st opposite party submitted that they are ready to rectify the defects of the mobile hand set free of cost and also ready to extend the warranty for the gadget for a further period of 6 months to which the complainant agreed. Accordingly the 1^st opposite party is directed to rectify

the defects of the hand set within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 1^st opposite party is also directed to issue the warranty in black and white to the complainant as agreed. Accordingly the proceedings in this complaint stands closed.
