Mr.C.Mishra, learned counsel and associates file vakalatnama on behalf of OP which is accepted and kept on record. His name be reflected in the cause list henceforth.

 2.     Heard learned counsel for both parties on the revision petition.

3.      It is admitted fact that the complainant has purchased one  Ashok Leyland 3718 BS IV Truck bearing Regd.No.OD-04-N-3748 with the financial assistance of the O.P. It is also admitted fact that the complainant has already paid Rs.97,362/- but there is outstanding dues of Rs.1,05,589/- till 05.08.2022.It is alleged by the  revision petitioner that the petitioner had not been paid the EMI.

4.      After perusal of the impugned order, we are not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the learned District Commission, Jagatsinghpur. But we revise the order by directing the O.P/complainant to pay the EMI regularly as per the agreement made between the parties. The O.Ps are directed not to repossess the vehicle  and if it has repossessed the vehicle  should not be sell without leave of this Commission.

5.      The revision petition is disposed of accordingly.
