Order No.9 dtd.22.11.2022

                        This Commission pleased to pass to release the motorcycle in C.C.Case No. 18/2022 with a direction to release within 7 days by OPNo.2 in I.A No. 10/2022 failure of which the OpNo.2 shall pay Rs.1,000/- per day to the Complainant. Due to non-compliance of order the Complainant filed E.A No. 4/2022 & copy received by OpNo.2 and subsequently issued a letter dt.10.06.2022 to the Complainant that, you come to Tinimuhani Branch, Office, Kendrapara, contact concerned person 7008822168 with sufficient ID Proof on any working day to receive your vehicle. But when the Complainant approached the Tinimuhani branch office they refused to release the vehicle and forced the Complainant to receive the same from HLF yard, Manguli which is again a deficiency in service and unfair trade practice committed by OpNo.2 again & again and complete dishonor of order of a qusi judicial body as per C.P.Act, 2019.

                                                                                 O R D E R

                            It is directed to Op No.2 shall handover/release the vehicle of the Complainant alongwith NOC at College square,  Tinimuhani  Branch Office, Kendrapara or at Gateswar Automobile, Rajnagar  with proper ID Proof within 7 days from the date of receipt of this order, failing which the Op No.2 shall be liable for penalty as per C.P.Act,2019.

                            Issue extract of the order to the parties for compliance.
