Final Order / Judgement Learned Counsel Mr. S.C.Dash entered appearance on behalf of the Appellants and filed Vakalatnama which is kept in records as such his name be reflected in cause list.   Learned Counsel for the Appellant filed  petition to substitute Tata Power Southern Odisha Distribution Limited (in short TPSODL) as necessary party which is kept in record.    It is formal in nature and accepted.   Office is directed to correct the cause title and reflect the same in cause list.   During the course of hearing, learned Counsel for the Appellants filed a memo informing this Commission that matter has been settled between the Parties out of Court and the disputed bill amounting  Rs.1,34,910/- (as involved in C.C. No. 07/2013) has been settled at Rs.34,513/-, which  has already been paid  by  the  Respondent on  dt. 21-05-2016 without any objection for which the present Appeal has become infructuous and may be disposed of as withdrawn.   Memo be kept in record.    Hence the present appeal disposed of as infructuous.   Statutory amount may be refunded to the Appellant  on proper  identification.   Send back the DFR.
