ORDER

 

We find from the memo of parties that the complainant in order to attract the jurisdiction of this Commission has mentioned the address of C-29, Community Centre, Janakpuri, New Delhi – 58 and he is resident of Sagarpur. No proof of Janakpuri address has been filed on record. Admittedly, the residential address of complainant does not come under the jurisdiction of this Court nor of the OPs. During arguments, the complainant seeks permission to withdraw the complaint and file it before proper Commission. Premission granted. Concerned Commission shall take into consideration the pendency of the complaint before this Commission since 2021.  For the above reasons, matter is dismissed as withdrawn in the light of detailed of observation. Original copy of the complaint be retunred after retaining a copy on record.
