Suresh Kumar Malik Vs. Bracklays Investment & Loan

CC No. 42 of 2017.

 

Present: Sh. Manish Chanana, Advocate, counsel for complainant.

 

                        Today the case was fixed for consideration. However, counsel for the complainant made a statement that he wants to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate authority.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the appropriate authority, if so advised. Assistant is directed to return the original documents, if any, to the complainant after retaining the photo copies of the same on the file. Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
