ORDER

The Complainant and Op No. 1 file hazira. The Op No. 2 takes no steps. The petition dated 08/11/2017 filed by the Complainant for Amendment of the Complaint is taken up form hearing treating the same as M.A Case No. 100/2018.

            Heard both sides.

            We find that to meet up the plea of the O.P No. 2 the Complainant intends to amend the Complainant by adding Government of India and Government of West Bengal as party to the case.

            So we find no impediment to allow the prayer.

            Hence

                        Ordered,

                                    that the petition dated 08/11/2017 filed by the Complainant i.e. M.A Case No. 100/2018 is allowed. No cost. Amend the Complainant by adding Op No. 3 Government of India and O.P No. 4 Government of West Bengal.

            Thus MA is disposed of.
