            Parties file hazira. Hd. both sides and perused the entire case record. Crux point of the case together with its prayer stands that only for claim on account of cost of MRI and there is no serious challenge from the end of Op. Both patties are agreed for payment of Rs.8,000/-(Eight thousand) only in place of Rs.8,500/-(Eight thousand five hundred) only from the end of Op. in favour of the complainant and the complainant is highly agreed to accept the same.

            Hence, upon compromise an award of Rs.8,000/-(Eight thousand) only is granted in favour of the complainant.

            The Op. Branch Manager, the New India Assurance Co. Ltd. Is directed to make payment of Rs.8,000/-(Eight thousand) only in favour of complainant. Akshay Kumar Patra by 20/09/2013.

            Hence,
