Today is fixed for payment of Rs. 3,96,604 (Three Lacks Ninety Six Thousand Six Hundred Four) by the OP side to the complainant. Both parties file hazira.

The OP files a cheque being No. 062993 amounting to Rs. 3,96,604 (Three Lacks Ninety Six Thousand Six Hundred Four) dated 11/11/2020 as per Commissions (Forums) order.

The complainant files a petition for permitting him to withdraw the said cheque.

We find no impediment to allow the prayer.

Hence,

            Ordered,

                        that the petition dated 17/12/2020 filed by the Complainant for withdraw the cheque No. 062993 amounting to Rs. 3,96,604 (Three Lacks Ninety Six Thousand Six Hundred Four) dated 11/11/2020 be delivered to the complainant on proper verification and receipt keeping Xerox of the same is allowed.

The cheque is received by the complainant on full satisfaction.

Let the present CC Case No. 07/2017 be dropped on full satisfaction.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each at free of cost.
