                File taken up today on the application moved by ld. counsel for the complainant.  Amicable compromise has been effected between the parties.  Statement of both the parties have been recorded in this regard vide which the Magma HDI General Insurance Company-OPs No.1 & 2 shall pay the amount of Rs.1,05,000/- to the complainant as full and final settlement qua damages claim of tractor bearing No.HR-08U-2624 within 60 days from today. 

                 Heard.  Since the case is amicably settled between the parties.  So, nothing remains more to be adjudicated.  Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  Both the parties are bound by their own statements.  Copy of this order be sent to both the parties free of cost.  File be consigned to record-room, after due compliance
