                                                The complainant has filed an application dated 21.09.2021 praying therein that he does not wish to pursue against the opposite parties and wishes to withdraw the complaint case bearing no.539 of 2015. The said application is supported by an affidavit which has been filed along with the application by the complainant himself. However, none appears on behalf of the complainant today. Counsel for the OP states that the matter has since been settled. In view of the above the complainant case bearing no.539 of 2015 is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Parties are left to bear their own costs.
