                                                   O R D E R

RAM SINGH CHAUDHARY, JUDICIAL MEMBER:

                   As per order dated 25.01.2019 contained in letter No.268, I am conducting these proceedings singly.

1.                While conducting the proceedings, learned counsel for opposite party has made a statement that settlement has been taken place between the parties and the entire amount will be refunded to the complainant alongwith interest @ 9% p.a. after deducting TDS already paid and the interest will be paid from the respective dates.

2.                Thereafter, learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he has heard the statement and admitted the stamen to be correct and the complaint may be disposed of accordingly.

3.                In view of the separate statements made by learned counsel for the complainant as well as learned counsel for opposite party, present complaint is disposed of accordingly. However, parties are governed by their respective statements. File be consigned to the record room.
