O R D E R

RAM SINGH CHAUDHARY, JUDICIAL MEMBER:

 

 

1.                Learned counsel for the complainants has suffered a statement to the effect that complaint is being withdrawn in view of the application  submitted by the complainants Shri Har Gobind Bhatia and Smt. Rachna Bhatia with their joint affidavit dated 08.12.2020 with liberty to file afresh before appropriate authority. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

2.                In pursuance of the application submitted by the complainants Shri Har Gobind Bhatia and Smt. Rachna Bhatia with their joint affidavit dated 08.12.2020 as well as respective statement made by learned counsel for the complainants, the present complaint is hereby stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh before appropriate authority. However, limitation would not be a rider in filing afresh complaint.
