JUDGEMENT

 

1.                   Both the counsel present state that they have arrived at a settlement and in terms of the settlement registration of the immovable property has been done.  Settlement deed has been placed on the records.

 

2.                   Having regard to this the complaint is disposed of as settled.  File be consigned to record.

 

3.                   A copy of the order be forwarded to the parties to the case free of cost as statutorily required.
