This case has been taken up on the application moved by complainant.

2.      Learned counsel for the complainant states that the parties have already arrived at a compromise. In terms of the same, the complainant has already transferred the possession of the flat in question purchased from the opposite parties to new buyer and accordingly he wants to withdraw the present complaint. 

3.      Notice of the application to the opposite parties. Mr. Himanshu Monga, counsel for the opposite parties accepts the notice and states that he has no objection if the complainant is permitted to withdraw the complaint.

4.      The application is accordingly accepted. The complaint instituted by the complainant is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
