Sh.D.N.Arora,partner of the opposite party No.2 got recorded his statement that he undertakes and assure to replace the exchanged intercom system provided by him to the complainant without any extra charges within one month from today; failing which he will refund the entire amount of exchanged set to the complainant. In view of the above statement, counsel for the complainant has got recorded his statement that in view of the undertaking and assurance given by the opposite party No.2 at this stage, he withdraws the present complaint without prejudice to my right. Resultantly, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
