               Complainants and their Counsel absent.  As per direction dated 9^th May, 2012 on which date Ld.Counsel for the Complainant was present, no notice to Opponent was issued or no effective steps to serve the notice on the Opponent are taken.  In the circumstances, Complainants failed to take effective steps to prosecute the complaint.  Hence, complaint stands dismissed for default.  No order as to costs.
