ORDER

                    Sh. Sandeep Suri, counsel for the OP-3 has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

          “On instructions of my client, the OP-3 offer to pay Rs.3,000/- to the complainant within 30 days in full & final settlement of the dispute towards this complaint”.

                   Sh. Vijay Goyal, counsel for the complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “I accept the offer of OP-3. I withdraw this complaint”.

                   In view of the said statements, it is ordered that the OP-3 shall pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- to the complainant within 30 days from today i.e. 17.03.2016, failing which the OP-3 shall pay the same amount alongwith interest @18% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment is made. Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.

                    Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
