Vivek Sharma s/o Sh.Vijay Kumar Sharma, resident of H.No.3401, Sector 27-D, Chandigarh.

                        ORDER

1.                     Efforts were made in the Lok Adalat to settle the matter, which stood fructified and the parties have settled the dispute. Statement given by them is reproduced as under:-

“Statement of Sh.Sandeep Bhardwaj, Advocate for OP.

 

The matter has been settled between the parties. As per settlement, the OP has paid a sum of Rs.4150/- i.e. 50% of Rs.8300/- the total cost of the suit in question to the complainant by way of cheque No.199109, dated 18.3.2011 drawn on HDFC Bank. It has further been settled that the complainant will give the suit to the OP for finishing and will collect the same after two days from the date of handing over the suit to the OP, for which the complainant has agreed. 

 

Statement of Sh.Vivek Sharma s/o Sh.Vijay Kumar Sharma, Complainant in person.

 

I accept the above statement given by Sh.Sandeep Bhardwaj, Advocate for OP. I will approach the OP today itself for finishing the suit in question. The complaint may be disposed of accordingly”

 

 

2.                     In view of the above statements, the complaint stands disposed of. The complainant would give the suit in question to the OP today itself for finishing and the OP after finishing the suit would handover the same to the complainant within two days.

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
